Common Errors
Posting on Zillow
Most sellers will put their property on Zillow to sell it. When you don’t put the property in the MLS, it shows the Zestimate right under the price. Private sellers are almost always prices over the Zestimate and a buyer will not pay more than they think the property is worth.
Common Errors
Unprofessional Photos
Homeowners often post unprofessional photos:
- Poor quality images
- Poor lighting
- Are not the right prospective
- Are too close to objects or features
- Do not give a good idea of a room's size
- Pictures of animals
- Not enough photos
You are selling a product and you want to advertise the product in the best way possible. The better you can present it, the more value a buyer sees. You have 2 seconds to capture a buyer’s attention before they move to the next property. Are you going to risk 10s of thousands of dollars or the property not selling by using your phone images?
